How It Works

Step 1 – Reserve Your Day

Your booking secures the exclusive use of our luxury touring vehicle and reserves your preferred date. This is the first step in creating your personalised Hunter Valley experience.

Step 2 – Let's Design Your Perfect Day

We'll contact you to discuss your interests, preferred pace, must-see destinations and budget. Together, we'll create a personalised itinerary designed exclusively for your group, drawing on our local knowledge and trusted relationships throughout the Hunter Valley.

Step 3 – Review & Confirm

Once your itinerary has been designed, we'll provide a personalised quotation for any selected wine tastings, dining experiences, attractions and optional activities. Nothing will be booked on your behalf until you've reviewed and approved your itinerary and all associated costs.

Looking for a weekday tour?

Our online bookings are currently available for Saturday and Sunday. If you’d like to tour with us Monday to Friday, please contact us directly to discuss availability. With a little advance notice, we’ll do our best to arrange a day that works for you.
